  • For all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Guam, please allow additional 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
  • For all orders shipped to Canada, only US Postal Service shipping is available at this time.

Every LUCI™ Ring is designed and cast from a soft metal alloy of Sterling Silver.   Shears are made from hardened surgical steel and our founder Lucille Pew said; “Selecting a soft metal was part of the design plan from the beginning. We try to carry the widest selection of ring sizes to fit most everyone. It’s best to have your index or middle finger sized correctly at your local jeweler.

In the event that you cannot find a particular ring in your exact size, we recommend that you order a half size larger than you usually wear and take it to your local jeweler to be properly fitted. If you are not sure of your size, please refer to our ring size chart.[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=” LUCi Product Guarantee / How do I return or exchange products?”]LUCi LLC is proud to offer 90-day hassle free returns. We’re confident that our Stylist Ring will exceed your expectations, but if for some reason it does not, we’ll be happy to take it back.

  • Unused Items – return within 30 days for a full merchandise refund or within 90 days for a merchandise credit.
  • Defective Product – return within 30 days for an exchange or full refund.
  • You must return all products as they were received, in original boxes with all their contents.

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely.

For your protection, we recommend you purchase a tracking number and insurance on your package for the value of the merchandise being returned. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

At the present time, we are unable to accept payment using a credit card with a billing address outside of the United States & Canada or issued from a bank outside of the United States. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address (the address your credit card provider has on file for the card you use) when completing your order. Incorrect information may cause a processing delay.[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=” How long will it take for creditors to approve my purchase?”]Major credit cards (i.e., Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) should be authorized within 24 hours. Credit card orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Thursday through Sunday, should be authorized by the following Tuesday.
[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”Will I be charged sales tax?”]The US Supreme Court ruled in June 2018 that individual states have the right to charge sales tax on Internet product sales. To date, only sales tax is applied to all orders shipped in the state of Florida. We are required by law to collect and submit sales tax in states in which we have a physical presence.[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”How are orders packaged?”]Each LUCi™Ring is packed in a black velvet pouch and repacked in a protective jewelry shipping box. The LUCi Ring jewelry box is further wrapped within a secure bubble pack envelope to guarantee the safety of your purchase in transport.

[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”Do you offer gift messages? Gift-wrapping?”]Yes. If you are sending a gift, we can add that special touch! We will enclose a personalized gift message with your order for no additional charge. We do not offer special gift wrapping at this time.

The promotional offer/discounts will be reflected at the final step of check out.

An invoice without the prices will be sent with an order being shipped to a different address other than the billing address.
[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?”]Yes. The United States Postal Service will ship to P.O. Boxes and Armed Services addresses. Express shipping, however, cannot be delivered to a post office box
